The comprehensive rebranding we created for IPRO—a leading nonprofit committed to improving healthcare—launched with an all-staff event last week, and can now be seen on the new site we developed and at their offices nationwide.
For over 30 years, IPRO has worked with government agencies, providers, and consumers to implement healthcare programs and bring policy ideas to life. From a staff of 32 focused on one New York State Medicaid contract, the organization has grown to oversee nearly 100 state and federal programs across 30 states, providing clinical expertise, emerging technology, and data solutions to make the healthcare system work better.
In 2016, IPRO retained Phil & Co. to help solve a business challenge. IPRO had grown significantly and expanded its offerings to excel in a market being transformed by technology and “big data.” As a result, it identified a desire to better communicate its innovative culture and breadth of services, clarify its value proposition and contemporize its brand aesthetic—all designed to support an organizational growth strategy.
Phil & Co. began by conducting research and identifying four key pillars of IPRO’s brand DNA. Those pillars became the foundation upon we’ve built a thorough brand refresh that includes a new tagline, mission statement, website design, corporate identity, collateral, event signage, and brand style guide.
Our new tagline, “Better healthcare, realized,” reinforces a key IPRO brand differentiator—tangible and measurable impact on behalf of its clients.
